3. Quick Guide to Interview Techniques for Hiring Managers

This micro-learning module designed for both HR and non-HR managers. This module contains practical guidelines on how to prepare and structure job interviews. It discusses effective questioning techniques and provides useful competency-based questions to help you identify the right candidates for the job. You will also learn ways to stay focused during interviews as well as tactics on how to encourage your candidates to talk freely about their experiences.
