This course provides the basics on navigating through Microsoft Teams and optimising the features embedded within Teams, such as chat, virtual meetings, calls and many more.
1. Learners will be able to chat, and initiate video and audio meetings with colleagues on Teams.
2. Learners will be able to conduct and attend a live events.
3. Learners will be able to collaborate through sharing of work and files with colleagues through Teams and Channels.
4. Learners will be able to create a team channels based on their need.
5. Learners will be able to manage and delete teams, channels, and conversations while operating Teams on their mobile devices.
