Basic English Language Comprehension Proficiency of CEFR A2 Level
Several organizations are good at creating strategy, but the majority fail with execution. Research shows that execution breaks down in several ways. Only 15% of team members can identify the top goals and top priorities of an organization, and only 51% of them are passionate about these goals. 81% of team members were not held accountable for the progress of the goals, and worse, goals were not translated into actions. 87% of team members also had no clear idea of what they should be doing to achieve the goals. This is the reason why the principles of execution are necessary to execute goals in the midst of distractions.
