Anti-Bribery and Corruption in the Workplace is an interactive e-module that addresses bribery and corruption in the workplace. It defines key terms and issues contained in Section 17A of the MACC Act 2019.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption in the Workplace is presented in two modules:

Part One - Corruption in the Workplace 

Part One addresses bribery and corruption in the workplace. It provides a quick guide to corruption in Malaysia, as well as discusses situations that are vulnerable to corruption in the workplace.

Part Two - Corporate Liability

Part Two provides an introduction to corporate responsibilities in corruption offenses. It focuses on corporate liability based on the latest amendment to the MACC Act 2019 and defines key issues contained in Section 17A of the MACCA.

Each module provides exercises and scenarios to help you apply your legal, moral and professional judgement to real workplace situations. At the end of each module, learners must complete a graded assessment that comprises of 10 true/false questions.

At the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Identify corruption practices in your workplace and how to avoid them
